Statistical Process Control

We understand that tight tolerances over long production runs are imperative. We employ statistical process control to ensure tolerances and quality are maintained throughout the production run.

Our production operatives control critical component dimensions using the Statistical Process Control workstations that form part of our manufacturing plant. The system alerts our operatives if a component falls outside the agreed tolerance level and allows us to take immediate action. This system ensures that downtime is minimised and output is maximised, allowing us to meet our client’s schedule.
