Our in-house tool design using our 3D CAD system combined with in-house tool making facilities allow us to work in partnership with clients worldwide to develop state-of-the-art and cost-effective components. Our ability to design and manufacture in-house also ensures that our expertise and intellectual property remains within Stroud Metal, which benefits our customers by protecting their innovative advantage.

Our tooling solutions range from the simple to the complex. This includes operations such as side piercing and beading, which many other companies deal with as secondary operations, increasing unit cost.

Our in-house tool room also maintains all the tooling, providing adequate stock of spare parts to ensure minimal down time and that worn parts can be replaced when SPC controls dictate.
