Completely Customised Progressive Die Solutions
Progressive die pressing, sometimes known as stamping, is capable of producing relatively shallow components. While the progression pressing process is very similar to that of deep draw pressing, thin sheet metal is used to manufacture components with shallow draws (those less than 15mm and thinner gauge metals of less than 1.0mm). Typical production speed for progression pressing is 350 parts a minute.
Using the latest presses, which have working speeds up to 1,200 strokes per minute, this is a process perfect for high volume, close tolerance components. Using our in house tool design, tool manufacture and high speed presses, we offer our customers the complete package.
